UniKL University

Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL) is one of Malaysia's leading private technical universities, established on 20 August 2002. The university is wholly owned by MARA Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (MARA Corp), an agency under the Government of Malaysia. UniKL was founded with the mission of producing highly skilled graduates equipped with strong technical knowledge, practical experience, and entrepreneurial skills to meet the demands of global industries.

UniKL follows the concept of "One Institute, One Specialisation," where each institute focuses on a specific academic discipline. The university has 13 specialized branch institutes across Peninsular Malaysia and offers more than 140 academic programmes ranging from Foundation and Diploma to Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD levels.

Today, UniKL has a student population of over 22,000 and welcomes more than 1,000 international students from over 65 countries, creating a diverse and multicultural learning environment. The university also collaborates with 100+ international universities and industry partners, providing opportunities for research, professional certifications, student exchange, transfer degree, and dual degree programmes.
